VRC Certical Material Lifts

Vertical Lift Application BuildingWHO NEEDS VERTICAL LIFTS?

Any business or person that needs to move material from one level to another, whether that level is a basement, mezzanine, loft or other previously inaccessible space, will benefit from the use of a material lift.

WHAT IS A VRC?

A Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) is a lift that will move materials from one elevation to another. These vertical material lifts are a cost effective alternative to higher priced freight elevators. Since VRCs are compliant with ANSI/AMSE B20.1 Safety Standards for Conveyors, elevator safety codes do not apply to this line of products.

CIP’s line of vertical lifts can be utilized to transport material and products of all shapes, sizes and weights between two or more levels. With platforms ranging from 33 x 33 inches to over 30 x 30 feet and travel heights starting at only a couple feet, traveling to over 100 feet, our team can design and manufacture the best lift for your specific needs. We understand that every application is unique and that is why we analyze every pertinent detail from the material being moved to the environment of the job site.

Vertical Material Lift Need

CIP’s Sales Force works side by side with you and your customer’s teams to determine the material movement requirements you or your customer are trying to accomplish. All details are taken into consideration to assist in determining the most reliable, safest, and cost effective solution.

The surrounding environment plays a large role in choosing the perfect vertical material lift. Such factors as cold temperatures, humid or wet weather, corrosive mists, and personnel access all affect the type of unit and determine the lifts longevity.

While freight elevators are usually restricted to indoor applications, VRCs can be designed and engineered to withstand harsh outside elements.

After careful application analysis, our CIP team will design the best resolution for any challenges presented. Not only does our sales force provide top quality service, our team of technical specialists also provides high quality support both before and after the sale. A vertical lift is only as good as its support team. That is why everyone at Custom Industrial Products, Inc. is focused on providing you with the best support in the material handling industry. Our superior support encompasses all facets to include troubleshooting, installation supervision and assistance, documentation, and technical support.
