MODULAR TYPE VERTICAL LIFT (PALLET MASTER)
We were the first to develop and implement the revolutionary Pallet Master Modular Material Lift series - a truly revolutionary concept for our industry. This style of lift virtually eliminates the long standing issues, concerns and a large portion of the expenses involved in having to assemble, erect, wire and test a VRC at the job site. Prior to CIP creating the Pallet Master line of VRCs the industry standard was to manufacture and ship VRCs in an unassembled and unwired condition.
Pallet Masters come completely enclosed, prewired and factory tested. Basically, all your installer has to do is stack the units, bolt together and plug in the section, level the unit, and you are pretty much ready to go. The time savings to you is in in the range of 2 -3 days; the manpower savings is commensurate, and the dollars saved in installation and wiring costs is in the thousands.
INTELITROLL SERIES OF SMART SELF-DIAGNOSING CONTROL PANELS
Another example of our creativity, technological advancements and industry leading developments from the team at CIP is our creation of the Intelitroll series of Smart Self-Diagnosing Control Panels. UNIQUE ENCLOSURE DESIGN
Unlike others in the industry, our enclosures are designed to provide enhanced structural integrity for the vertical lift system. Our team developed this enclosure design in direct response from customer input. Our unique approach provides both for easier installation and increased longevity of the entire VRC system.
